Our Qualifications

JEFF A. SPENCER is an investment advisor representative, CPA,  the Managing Member of  INNSBRUCK FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS LLC  and President of The Spencer Group, Inc. (The parent company).    He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University in 1967 and an MBA from Northern Illinois University in 1971.  He began his career as an instructor of accounting at Indiana State University in 1971.  In 1974 he began his CPA practice in Brazil (relocated to Terre Haute in 2006) and added a Rockville office in 1978.  Although no longer a principal in the firm of  Spencer Associates CPA's LLC , he remains affiliated as a senior consultant.  He is a member of the Greater Indianapolis Financial Planning Association, American Institute of CPA's, the Indiana CPA Society, and the Illiana Estate Planning Council.
